Shipping information

Orders are dispatched from Torredembarra, Spain.

Order preparation

Orders for pieces that are not custom-made are prepared for dispatch within 48 hours, including weekends and public holidays. This preparation period is separate from the carrier's transit time and is not a delivery estimate.

Custom-made pieces

Production for custom-made pieces typically takes 2–3 weeks. Shipping time is additional to production time.

Shipping costs and transit time

Shipping costs and estimated transit times vary depending on the destination, carrier and shipping service selected. Transit estimates are provided by the carrier and are separate from order preparation or production time.

Delays and delivery enquiries

If your shipment is delayed or tracking has stopped updating, email info@anh-studio.com with your order number. ANH Studio will review the tracking information, contact the carrier to investigate and keep you informed of the progress and any updated delivery estimate available.

Missing packages

If your package appears to be lost or is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate with the carrier and contact you to discuss the next steps and an appropriate resolution.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and a description of the damage. Where possible, please include photos of the item, the outer and inner packaging, and the shipping label, and keep the packaging to help with the carrier's investigation. We will review the issue with you and discuss the appropriate next steps.

Return Policy

We offer a voluntary 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return under this policy. The separate European Union cooling-off section below remains applicable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
