When can I expect to receive my order?
For custom-made pieces, production typically takes 2–3 weeks. Production time is separate from shipping time. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before ordering so we can discuss the expected timing. We will send tracking information when your order is dispatched.
Is expedited shipping available?

How should I care for my jewelry?
Sterling silver: Handle delicate chains carefully and avoid pulling them when cleaning. Contact us if you are unsure which cleaning method is suitable for your piece.
Gold-plated jewelry: The lifespan of the plating depends on wear and exposure to chemicals, moisture and friction. To help care for your jewelry:
- Put jewelry on after applying lotion, perfume and makeup.
- Remove jewelry before swimming, exercising, washing dishes or using cleaning products.
- Handle pieces gently and store them separately to reduce scratching.
